Data Deep-dive at DATCON

Recent product updates: Shipper App Pro

We're always looking for ways to make the shipper experience more productive, effective, and user-friendly. Here's a quick recap of recent feature releases:

Button 6-A
  • Auctions are now available with 15-minute and 30-minute deadlines. Choose auction lengths as short as 15 minutes and as long as 48 hours.
  • RFPs now include multiple rounds of bidding and an option to download as CSV. Re-open an RFP to share the anonymized lowest bid with your carriers, and download your bid info at any point of an active RFP lifecycle.
  • When inviting carriers to bid on a shipment, any existing contracted rates for that lane are also displayed. Immediately gauge the competitiveness of your carrier’s bids against existing lane info.
  • Carriers can now be temporarily deactivated (and reactivated). Block carriers from receiving shipment offers without permanently deleting them, and keep their data on file to power your insights.
  • Shipment updates logged in the Activity tab now include a timestamp. Keep track of the exact times any updates made to a shipment by a carrier or coordinator.
