Recent App Updates That Carriers Will Love

There’s no such thing as a Summer slowdown here at Transfix. As we drive toward the Fall months, our highly-rated Carrier Mobile App is continuing its upgrade tour thanks to your feedback. Check out the latest roundup of features our team has been working on since our last update.

Carrier Mobile App Updates

  • Helping Fight Fraud: All rate confirmations now have a QR code for carriers to scan and verify the authenticity of a Transfix load in an effort to fight fraudulent activity or falsified loads.
  • Documents Made Easy: Users can now view and share their documents (POD/Rate Confirmation/Payables) on the load details screen
  • Booking Your Way: Users will be able to create and save the lanes they love and receive email notifications for matching loads – dispatchers and owner-operators can take advantage of this, too! We’ve also recently launched dedicated lanes for contract freight opportunities, truly making the mobile app experience curated to the freight you want.
  • Never Miss An Opportunity: Push notifications will instantly alert you for any load opportunities on your Saved Lanes. 
  • Access Your Profile: You can now access your carrier profile to view carrier ratings, manage load preferences and insurance information, and manage your Smartway and other diversity certifications.
  • Share the Love: We’ve recently added the ability to share the mobile app with friends on the settings screen
  • Quicker Customer Service: Live chat is now available for our dispatcher, owner-operator, and driver partners making it easier for our carriers to resolve issues at your fingertips.
  • Access to Dedicated Lanes: Dispatchers and owner-operators can now find and manage contract opportunities with a web-viewed experience of their dedicated lanes.

Carrier Web App Update
  • Onboarding Made Easy: Carriers will now experience a quicker, more seamless experience when onboarding with Transfix via Highway. Highway will validate and pre-fill all relevant information, including automatic insurance capture and a pre-filled BCA. 
  • Never Miss a Payment: Users will also be excited to have visibility and quick access to payment status and billing documents
