We had the honor of sitting with Dean Croke, Principal Analyst for DAT Freight and Analytics. Dean has deep roots in trucking spanning over 50 years, with his family owning and operating a trucking business in Australia, being a truck driver in the Outback running about 2 million miles, and in the late 90’s, he shifted gears to focus on trucking analytics related to driver fatigue, safety, sleep schedules, and hours of service.
