To our Transfix community:
Yesterday, I shared with our employees my profound sadness with what has been transpiring across the country. Now is the time to not only support, but also lend our voices and take action to support the Black community.
To our Black employees and our Transfix community – shippers, carriers, drivers, partners and vendors – and to the greater community at large: we see you, we hear you, we absolutely stand with you and support you.
We condemn all acts of racism, discrimination, and senseless violence. We stand for inclusion, protection and justice and commit to pushing positive change forward.
Here at Transfix, we are committed to fight social injustice through our collective voices, platform and resources. We have created forums for our leaders and employees to encourage conversations around these issues, and have provided resources and educational tools to enable understanding and action against racism and discrimination at large. These conversations are only the beginning of our sustained investment on this issue. It is our social responsibility to drive necessary change and be proactive in fighting for a just society – not just today, but for the long term. There is much work to be done.
