About the Role
The Technical Solutions Sales Engineer is a hybrid technical-commercial role that serves as the primary bridge between Transfix’s advanced data and software solutions and our prospects and customers. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, consultative sales skills, and a customer-first mindset to support the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery through implementation, integration, and ongoing account success. This is a unique opportunity to shape how some of the largest players in the logistics industry leverage data-driven technology to solve their most complex operational challenges.

Sales & Solution Design
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospect workflows, pain points, and integration requirements.

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value—articulating how Transfix solves pricing, cost optimization, and procurement challenges at scale, and speak to how customer pain points and requests align with current product and our upcoming development roadmap.
Serve as the technical authority during the sales cycle, building credibility with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers, getting new customers to the contract finish line.
Position against legacy freight broker TMS platforms, utilizing broad industry knowledge.
