The country came to a collective screeching halt when COVID-19 put lives at risk for participating in the normal every day of working in an open-environment workplace; however, the transition to a fully-remote workforce was a seamless one at the guidance of Transfix President and CEO, Lily Shen. In this piece with Inbound Logistics, Shen says, “going forward, there is no scenario where, to be competitive in this new normal, we wouldn’t have at least some number of employees working remotely.”
