NEW YORK, NY — June 17, 2026 — Transfix, a leading transportation management system (TMS) provider for freight brokers and 3PLs, today introduced new AI RFP analysis inside the Transfix TMS that produces a strategic brief for any RFP in as little as 15 seconds.
The new RFP analysis tool for freight broker pricing managers turns thousand-line RFP spreadsheets into a readable network analysis covering five strategic dimensions: how the network is oriented (hub-and-spoke, distribution, or mesh), where volume is concentrated, which markets have unfavorable carrier dynamics, what pricing should pay attention to, and where to focus first. Pricing managers can choose between a short executive brief and a longer 250-word version that covers all five sections.
Architecturally, the capability performs deterministic analytics, including topology detection, calendar-aware market balance, and directional pricing signals, and then uses an AI to narrate the structured output. That design keeps the analysis grounded in real data, with seven explicit guardrails preventing the kinds of hallucinations and invalid recommendations that derail less rigorous AI tooling. The capability has been validated against real RFPs of up to ~10,000 lanes.
